Fun day on the water

My friends and I did the Shared Boat Tour. It was a pretty chill day. The boat was big enough, music was playing. Snorkeling was cool, saw some fish. The drinks kept coming, which was nice. Took about an hour to get to Isla Mujeres. We just walked around a bit there. Good way to spend a day if you're looking to get out on the ocean.

Decent value for the money

I booked the Sailing and Snorkeling Combo after looking at a few different operators. I found a 15% early booking discount on their site, which made the price quite reasonable. Everything included, like the open bar and lunch, felt like a good deal. We got transportation from our hotel too, which saved us a taxi fare. For what I paid, the experience was definitely worth it. I felt like I got good value for my money.

Good tour, minor wait

We took the Shared Boat Tour to Isla Mujeres. The catamaran itself was comfortable, and the crew was friendly and helpful. Snorkeling was fun, and the water was clear. The open bar was a nice touch. My only small gripe was the check-in process; it took a bit longer than I expected, maybe 20 minutes in line, which cut into our time a little. But once we were on board, everything was great. The beach club access was a good bonus. Overall, a solid experience for the price.

Amazing day out!

I went on the Isla Contoy Tour and it was absolutely fantastic! The island was beautiful, truly a paradise. The snorkeling was incredible, so many colorful fish. The crew was super friendly and made the whole trip so much fun. I loved the food too. I'm definitely going to book another tour with Cancun Sailing next time I'm in Mexico! Such a memorable day!

Isla Mujeres trip was smooth

I booked the Full Day Isla Mujeres Tour online, and the process was straightforward. The confirmation email arrived quickly with all the details. On the day of the tour, transportation from my hotel was on time. The catamaran was clean and well-maintained. We did the snorkeling activity first, and the equipment provided fit well. The guides were attentive, especially with newer snorkelers. Lunch on Isla Mujeres was a buffet, fairly standard but decent. The open bar service was consistent throughout the trip. We spent about two hours exploring the island, which felt like enough time. The return trip was relaxed. Overall, the experience matched the description on their website. I didn't need to contact support, so can't comment on that aspect, but everything else ran efficiently.

Consistent quality, reliable service

This was my third time booking with Cancun Sailing, this time for the Sunset Sailing. I've used them before for the Isla Mujeres tour and a private charter. Each time, their service has been consistently good. The boats are always clean, the staff is professional, and they stick to their schedules. The sunset sail was just as relaxing as I hoped, a beautiful way to end the day. It's why I keep coming back – I know what to expect and they always deliver.

How does Cancun Sailing compare to Albatros Catamarans? Anyone ridden with both and have a preference for the Isla Mujeres trip?

N Nick 4 weeks ago
I've done both. Cancun Sailing felt a bit more 'premium' for me, nicer boats and the beach club was better. Albatros was fine, just a little more basic.

Honestly, they're pretty similar. Cancun Sailing might have slightly newer boats sometimes, and their stops might be a bit different. Check what's included in each tour – sometimes one will have a better snorkeling spot or beach club.

Hey guys, planning a trip for June. Does Cancun Sailing usually have any deals around then? Or is it more a Black Friday kinda thing?

E Elena 5 days ago
Summer is definitely a peak season so deals might be less common. I think they usually have early booking discounts though, so if you know your dates, might be worth checking soon.

Yeah, I booked in July last year and got about 15% off for booking a couple months out. They also do group discounts if you're going with a bunch of people.

Quick question about the Isla Mujeres tour. What's the deal with drinks and food? Is it all included or do you gotta pay extra once you're on the boat?

J June 1 month ago
Open bar and a buffet lunch are usually included with most of their Isla Mujeres tours. Just check the specific tour you're looking at, but it's pretty standard.

Yeah, mine included drinks and lunch at their beach club. Only extra cash I needed was for tips and maybe souvenirs on the island.

Thinking of doing a private charter for a birthday. Are those usually eligible for any discounts? Or do they keep those separate from the regular tour deals?

M Mike Vargas 2 weeks ago
I'm pretty sure they have specific discounts for private charters, but they usually don't combine with other promos. Best to ask directly or check their site for 'private charter discount' type deals.

My friend booked one for a bachelorette party and they got a decent deal for booking it early. Doesn't hurt to inquire!

Is Cancun Sailing legit? Like, are they a real company or just some random website? Heard some horror stories about tour operators down there.

J Josh 3 weeks ago
Totally legit. They've been around forever and are one of the bigger ones. Never had an issue with them.

Yeah, I've used them a few times. They're well-known. You can usually tell by how many boats they have at the marina too, they've got quite a fleet.
